An investment professional with over two decades of rich experience in managing investment verticals with a proven track record of heading a Middle East based global multi billion conglomerate at its senior executive level. He had spearheaded its global operations, diversified into portfolios such as Banking investments, Infrastructure, Construction, Oil and Gas, Power stations, Defence supplies, Manufacturing , Trading of minerals, bullion and other commodities across the globe. Currently he heads Indel Money as its ED & CEO. His rich experience and exposure to global corporate operations can provide the right direction and achieve ambitious growth for the Company.

Anish Mohan

Director

Anish Mohan is a Co-promoter of Incede along with his brother Umesh Mohanan, under the jointly promoted investment company M/s. Indel Corporation Pvt Ltd, an SPV created for investments in various sectors under the Group Co. He is an ardent believer in the role of digital technologies in transforming the various industries and businesses in the emerging knowledge economy. Anish is a qualified engineer and done masters from the University of Southampton, UK. He looks after the Automotive , Media , Plantation and Electronic divisions of the Group. Previously he was the COO of the UAE based conglomerate Protouch Group based out of Dubai, UAE with its various business verticals spread across the UAE and Oman.

K N C Nair

CEO

KNC Nair has been in the IT profession for over 4 decades, spearheading IT infusion and technology-driven innovations, mostly in the banking and financial services domain.

As CIO, he has been spearheading the digital transformation in the Muthoot Group for over a decade. He is currently the CEO of Emsyne and CIO for the Muthoot Group. Prior to this, he was the Chief Knowledge Officer in Enzen Global Solutions, Bangalore for 4 years heading its BFSI Consulting, Knowledge Management, Software quality assurance& Process excellence.

KNC was CIO in Federal Bank for over a decade and transformed the traditional bank into a leader in technology infusion. While in the Bank, he pioneered the deployment of rural ATMs starting in Kerala in early 2000 which was followed by all banks to provide customer convenience and reduce transactions cost.

He served the Reserve Bank of India(RBI) for 11 years in the areas of Financial Software Development, Rural Credit Information Systems, Statistical Analysis, Securities Trading, etc.

He topped with third rank in the Indian Statistical Service (ISS) exams 1980 conducted by UPSC and undergone the two year rigorous training for Civil Service Probationers in National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie and various Central Ministries across India. He worked inthe Central Statistical Office and Central Water Commission under Govt. of India in New Delhi working for 2 years prior to joining the RBI.

KNC started his long career in IT as a Systems Analyst in the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre(BARC), Bombay in 1978 and had good exposure to using the mainframe computer systems of BARC and TIFR for statistical modeling of data in analyzing nuclear fuel cycle process losses.

KNC has also served the following committees as a member.
  • RBI Working Group on Critical Infrastructure Protection
  • RBI Working Group for Business Rules formulation for RTGS
  • IBA Committee on Computerisation in the banking industry.
  • Member of Board of Information Systems Audit & Control Association(ISACA), Cochin Chapter.
