He had spearheaded its global operations, diversified into portfolios such as Banking investments, Infrastructure, Construction, Oil and Gas, Power stations, Defence supplies, Manufacturing , Trading of minerals, bullion and other commodities across the globe. Currently he heads Indel Money as its ED & CEO. His rich experience and exposure to global corporate operations can provide the right direction and achieve ambitious growth for the Company.

With more than three decades of experience in the ever-growing IT industry, Mr Gogy Thomas has been one of the founder Directors of Emsyne. Having graduated from St, Berchman’s college and taken his Post graduate Diploma in Computer Science, he has bagged many certifications and done notable courses including Oracle, etc. Working up his way from an entrepreneurial background, initially developing client specific financial solutions in association with a famous chartered accountant firm, his technical skillset is sound enough with a firm knowledge in almost all the programming languages. He keeps himself updated on the latest technology and trends in the IT industry which is very important when it comes to the rapidly growing IT sector. The exposure to various sectors has helped him gain domain knowledge in Banking, non-banking, financial, educational, healthcare sectors etc.
As the director of Emsyne, he took cares the overall managerial responsibilities and oversees the end-to-end operations in the company. Having the capability to do domain specific market research, his contribution starts from interaction with the client, ideating the software solution needed, forming a basic structure till final delivery, forming and guiding the team, giving them technical inputs as and when needed, ensuring that promised time & target is achieved and finally the delivery of the service or product to the client.
In addition to all this, his project management capabilities help him in ensuring the smooth working of the various teams, maintaining client relations, order processing and routine upkeep of the business. In addition to this, the key roles that he plays are that of a technology broker, efficiency evangelist and Technology support specialist.

KNC Nair has been in the IT profession for over 4 decades, spearheading IT infusion and technology-driven innovations, mostly in the banking and financial services domain.
As CIO, he has been spearheading the digital transformation in the Muthoot Group for over a decade. He is currently the CEO of Emsyne and CIO for the Muthoot Group. Prior to this, he was the Chief Knowledge Officer in Enzen Global Solutions, Bangalore for 4 years heading its BFSI Consulting, Knowledge Management, Software quality assurance& Process excellence.
KNC was CIO in Federal Bank for over a decade and transformed the traditional bank into a leader in technology infusion. While in the Bank, he pioneered the deployment of rural ATMs starting in Kerala in early 2000 which was followed by all banks to provide customer convenience and reduce transactions cost.
He served the Reserve Bank of India(RBI) for 11 years in the areas of Financial Software Development, Rural Credit Information Systems, Statistical Analysis, Securities Trading, etc.
He topped with third rank in the Indian Statistical Service (ISS) exams 1980 conducted by UPSC and undergone the two year rigorous training for Civil Service Probationers in National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie and various Central Ministries across India. He worked inthe Central Statistical Office and Central Water Commission under Govt. of India in New Delhi working for 2 years prior to joining the RBI.
KNC started his long career in IT as a Systems Analyst in the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre(BARC), Bombay in 1978 and had good exposure to using the mainframe computer systems of BARC and TIFR for statistical modeling of data in analyzing nuclear fuel cycle process losses.
